Describe the bug
If you engage the LOC by mistake, you can't disable it. It stays armed until touchdown regardless of your present position.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: While in cruise or descent (I did this by accident) arm the LOC. I was never able to disarm thru the descent. It released on touchdown

Expected behavior
You should be able to arm/disarm at wil in any phase of flight
